● Why are your courses so inexpensive?

We are a small, local company.  We don’t have a nation-wide advertising campaign.  We don’t have CEO’s and CFO’s with multi-million dollar compensation packages.  We don’t own or rent thousands of store-front properties throughout the country.  We don’t have a board of directors or tier upon tier of middle-management bureaucracy.  And we don’t have to lead you into thinking that higher prices will automatically deliver a better product.    

TEST-EASE believes that quality test prep instruction should be available to everyone and we are committed to passing our savings on to our teachers and our students.  We keep our prices low by reducing overhead costs to a minimum and maintaining a streamlined organizational model.  This allows to pay top dollar to the most qualified teachers we can find, and it also enables us to charge competitive prices and retain top instructors by means of above-market levels of compensation.   

● What are your instructors’ qualifications?

Unlike many companies, we do not recruit teachers because they scored well on their own standardized tests.  The ability to perform well on a standardized test, while fundamental, does not necessarily make someone a good teacher.  In many cases, the reverse is actually true.  High test-scorers often have a hard time breaking down problems for other people.  TEST-EASE instead looks for experienced instructors with professional degrees or credentials from top universities – people who have distinguished teaching track records in addition to high SAT and GRE scores.  We also place a great deal of value on the personal characteristics of our instructors.  We feel it is important that they also be compassionate, charismatic, and that they love to teach.  

● What sort of results can I expect?

On average, we find that our students experience an increase of 400 points on their pre-course SAT score, 250 points on their GRE score, and 100 points on their GMAT score.  However, everyone is different and results can and will vary.  Score increases hinge upon a number of factors, and the most important factor is always the amount of effort a student dedicates to the course.  

● Are your courses guaranteed?

All our courses are guaranteed by a Free-Repeat option.  If you run into problems of any sort, you can repeat your course free of charge.  

● Do you distribute customer information? 

Absolutely not.  We do not believe in selling or distributing our customers’ private information for corporate profit or for any other reason.  All customer records remain exclusively with the company.  

● Is it too late to sign up?

We don’t have registration deadlines.  We do, however, encourage you to sign up as soon as possible.  We keep our classes small and they tend to fill up fast.  If you wait until the last possible moment to register, we cannot guarantee that the course you want will be available.  At times it may be possible to switch you to a neighboring location, but this may not always be an option.  

● Is your name supposed to be funny?
