TEST-EASE, LLC. makes no warranties or representations, either expressed or implied, as to the performance or merchantability of the products or services referred to on this web site.  To the extent permitted by applicable law, all implied warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, are hereby excluded.  

● Limitation of Liability

In no event, including but not limited to negligence, shall TEST-EASE, LLC. be liable for and damage to hardware or software by anyone accessing this web site; or for loss of business or profits; or for any consequential, incidental, punitive or similar damages; or for claims of damages made by any party using the information contained on this web site for any cause whatsoever, regardless of the form of action. .  If use of materials from this website results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof.  

● Copyright Infringement

The writing, materials, terms and names of this web site cannot be copied, distributed, reproduced, reposted, displayed or retransmitted without the direct written permission of TEST-EASE, LLC.  Any unauthorized use of these materials may violate copyright laws and communications regulations.  TEST-EASE, LLC. actively protects itself against such actions.  

● Test Registration Fees

TEST-EASE, LLC. is not responsible for any fees associated with your examination test registration.  Our courses and classes are separate to you paying for or taking your test.  

● Course Cancellation

TEST-EASE, LLC. cannot guarantee the availability of course offerings.  Circumstances such as classroom availability, class space and/or instructor illness sometimes necessitate the closing of a course before its start or the capping of the enrollment of a course.  

● Refunds and Cancellations

All purchases are refundable up to five days before the course start date.  There is a $99 cancellation fee, however.  There are also no refunds after the first week of class.  Unfortunately, these policies are necessary to ensure that (1) potential students are committed to their courses and do not reserve and thereby withhold our limited classroom space from other customers and (2) TEST-EASE, LLC. materials and techniques are not used and/or potentially distributed elsewhere free of charge.    

● Free Repeat Option

The courses of TEST-EASE, LLC. are guaranteed with a Free-Repeat option.  The conditions of this option are as follows: this repeat is only good for the course that you registered under; it is only good once; the availability of a course or location cannot be guaranteed; Test-Ease must be notified about and approve all Free-Repeat requests in writing.
